How we work
- Always disclosed. Our characters are fictional and made with AI tools. Their bios say “AI character” and we use each platform’s AI-content labels. Read our AI disclosure.
- No medical claims. Health-adjacent content is general, gentle and non-prescriptive. No supplements, cures or fake credentials.
- Affiliate links are labelled. When we earn from a link, we say so. Affiliate disclosure.
- Minimal data. We only collect what we need to send the emails you ask for. Privacy policy.
