Data deletion instructions
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time, including data we received through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or Pinterest (for example a comment or message you sent to one of our characters).
- Email list: click “unsubscribe” in any email. To have your address fully erased rather than just unsubscribed, also email us (step 2).
- Everything else: email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address or platform username you used, so we can find your data.
- We confirm receipt and delete the data within 30 days, and tell you when it’s done. We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was handled, and anything we are legally required to keep (for example bookkeeping records for purchases).
Our platform apps only manage our own channels; we do not ask you to log in with Facebook, Google or any other account. If you ever did connect an account to one of our apps, you can remove its access in that account
